1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by 404 Software Labs, S.L. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

We provide software development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web application development
• Software templates and licensing
• Technical consulting services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials on our websites and in our software products are the property of 404 Software Labs, S.L. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Open source components are licensed under their respective licenses. Commercial products require appropriate licensing for use.

5. Software Licenses

5.1 Open Source Software

Some of our software is released under open source licenses. Please refer to the specific license included with each open source project for terms and conditions.

5.2 Commercial Software

Commercial software licenses are governed by separate license agreements provided at the time of purchase. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of commercial software is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services and products will be specified in individual agreements or invoices. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified. Spanish VAT (IVA) applies where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 404 Software Labs, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services and software are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 404 Software Labs, S.L., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
